Conquer Business School is specialized in bringing a different methodology to non-traditional courses on the market, focused on leadership and business.
What we did: we adapted free training courses into postgraduate courses, without losing the essence of the existing methodology.Â
The project consisted of: market research, benchmarking, course discovery, adapt methodology, develop content, manage project, deliver course, post-production edit and design, follow-up & improvement.
Staage is a marketing course streaming platform, which was recently purchased by V4 Company, and needed to migrate to hybrid and synchronous training courses.
What we did: create new methodology, design course with a hybrid approach, create practical and challenging cases, monitor course delivery and management of student community.
The project consisted of: market and content research, course structure design, create new methodology, develop content, manage project, deliver course, post-production edit and design, students onboarding, community management, customer experience, follow-up & improvement.
